What are your unpopular opinions on City that you believe 100%?

Alex Ferguson was the greatest manager in football history.

Not sure if serious. In fact, more and more sure that not serious.
Ferguson wasn't even United's greatest manager. That honour belongs to Sir Matt Busby (and yes, I will give him his title, unlike the other one), who built United virtually from nothing into one of the major clubs in the country. And in the process, built arguably the best youth side which became a senior side ever to play the game in England. Ferguson certainly did not start with handicaps in way comparable.

The way some fans go on about the media agenda against City borders on obsession and, if united or Liverpool fans were to do it, they would rightly be ridiculed by those on here

A couple more I thought about after creating the thread:

- Rodri is performing better right now than prime Busquets.
- I don't mind the negative media. I have most of those muppets blocked or muted on social media anyway.
- I don't mind our new age, entitled, "rag-like" (as some put it) fans. You need them. It adds balance. Would prefer them to those that have an eternal inferiority complex.

There's a wild amount of snark around Guardiola. Maybe his level of ego and talent will always turn some people off.
Here you go mate: the morons that you speak of. I also remember this clown fits your profile exactly.
Correct mate, I didn't see Delap touch the ball either. I spent the last 20 minutes shitting it that someone was gonna do a Walker & get sent off, or get injured. I get Fern for Rodders & Zin getting a run out, but I'd have taken Cancelo off & left Stones on.

However, the kids should have been given the chance to experience a CL away game. There was few reasons not to, & just imagine what it would have meant to

It remind me alot of my boss, i don't like him very much. Too much ego but have a talent to backing it up so there nothing or few to criticize for.

I think you've nailed it there. There's a bit of a hangover from hating Txiki/Ferran too because they're seen as the guys who got rid of Mancini to bring their own guy in. Pellegrini was dubbed a yes man and a stopgap and now they don't really like Pep for the same reasons.

I'd add the contempt he appears to have the for the derby.

Pep treats it as just any other game and that is hard for some fans to comprehend as it used to be the only thing we had. Liverpool, Chelsea any team that dares to challenge us he takes seriously, an Ole managed United can get in the bin with Palace, Wolves etc.

Mancini was the luckiest manager in Premier League history

YaYa Toure was the reason we struggled for so long in the Champions League

Some of our fans have inferiority complexes

Txiki Begeristain is one of the best directors of football in the world.

If Aguero hadn't scored against QPR we'd have won the Champions League by now

Winning the Champions League is more important than the Premier League
Some bang on points there Didsbury. The last one is so true. Winning the CL really is regarded as the pinnacle

CWC eventually will surpass Champions League when they finally change the format to include more team especially from Europe.

The potential audience will be huge even more so that what CL have right now because people from around the world with places likes asia and south america who have huge following for their local club can watch on consistent basis their team against european powerhouses.

What ms your reasoning behind points 2 and 5 ?

He doesn’t have contempt for any game whether it be man United or Swindon he will always want to win that game and pick a side to do so. for you to say so suggests to me you don’t know how pep operates.

United just where set up perfectly to beat us and got the rub of the green in some games but our record at old Trafford under pep is fantastic. Obviously it is possible for us to lose games even if we are taking those games seriously.
