I wonder would Russia poke the bear in that caseTurkey, as they have land on either side. Closing it the Russian ships (naval or civil) would be a incredibly aggressive major step

Not at all. I used to be fit and healthy so had better things to do than post on a football forum.Lol.
Random bloke on internet joins football forum 14 years ago, but only comments on politics. Weirdo.
Already there, they've been there all along. Is there any intel to suggest Russia has warships or subs heading towards the Black Sea
Couldn’t we have a nuclear summer instead?Hiroshima was livable about a month after the bomb went off. All depends on altitude the bomb goes off etc.
Granted even the smallest nukes now are far bigger than those the principle is the same. If 1 nuke goes off about 500m up the city is destroyed but radiation fall out isn’t “horrific” in the grand scheme of things. If the nuke goes off at ground level then the debris it launches upwards is radioactive and the fall out is far worse.
obviously if that triggers responses and responses to responses and you end up with 5/6k nukes all going off. No matter how well planned they are we’re fucked and in a nuclear winter!
Would have to be NATO approved I would have thought.Big news if true about Turkey blockading the Black Sea. What happens if a Russian warship tries to get through could certainly get interesting mind, and not in a good way.
About being on here? I look after my 95 year old grandma. It‘s difficult to get out much these days. Not at all. I used to be fit and healthy so had better things to do than post on a football forum.
Now I'm terminally ill I don't.

Ukraine: France seizes Russian ship over sanctions
The Russian-flagged cargo ship is suspected of breaching sanctions imposed because of the Ukraine war.www.bbc.co.uk
Which won’t happenTurkey, as they have land on either side. Closing it the Russian ships (naval or civil) would be a incredibly aggressive major step
They won’t let off one nuke.
I'm ot sure they can or would stop them, but what hey need to do, with NATO support, is identify the officers on every Russian warship going in and out of the Black Sea.Big news if true about Turkey blockading the Black Sea. What happens if a Russian warship tries to get through could certainly get interesting mind, and not in a good way.
No one would know any difference. If the do and it landed Manbester city centre head for Radcliffe, bolton or Bury
