Russian invasion of Ukraine

At which point do Russia cross the line,
And this becomes an international matter? Setting fire/shelling a nuclear power plant has to be that point. Absolute brain drain animals. Apparently if this goes boom, the radiation fallout will be 10x that of Chernobyl.

We are all worried about Nuclear war and they are trying to cause a nuclear disaster anyway.

Line has surely been crossed now. They can't be allowed to attack nuclear power stations. This is going to turn into WW3. Stupid fucking cunts!

The Ukraine didn’t metaphorically pile up manure, it merely existed as an internationally-viewed free and sovereign state. And even if, and it’s not even an if as it didn’t happen, your neighbour did somewhat annoy you, would you respond by throwing actual explosives in his house to kill his family?
You need to read the post I was answering before lecturing me. Also if I had been UNHINGED, which was the point of the metaphor, I may well have responded in a crazy way.

There's just a tiny weeny flaw in that argument in that for all practical purposes, the US cannot nuke Russia and Putin - and everyone else BTW - knows it.
This isn't only about NATO on Russia's doorstep. This is about challenging the post cold war order which has been ordered and enforced by and for the benefit of the US.
The rise of China has created a more favourable and enabling environment to challenge the unipolar world which has seen the US as the world hegemon, and change it into a multipolar world where other countries and/or blocs are willing and able to challenge that hegemony.
In other words, this is possibly the first salvo in a nascent global power struggle akin to the cold war.

This is an insane decision. Trading short term (ie 3 weeks) of pretending things are OK for permanent exclusion from the international aviation business.

That is absolute madness. Things will literally never be the same again and that’s not even close to hyperbole.
