“in talks”Wasn't it Ballus who announced that Bernardo had signed an extension a few weeks ago?

Some proper nuggets hereThe news has landed on the CAF.
Towards the end of the page.
Does he even suit City, I mean he’s a fantastic striker but City usually dominate possession and could be doing with a natural fox in the box, instead of Haaland who enjoys a bit of space up front. I’m sure he’ll still score goals but could be square pegs round holes kinda thing.
Erling Haaland
Ronaldo plus Cavani leaving should open up enough wage capacity to sign this guy. Then just need a couple of CMs and a CB, and we should be in decent shape to challenge for top 4 next season.www.redcafe.net

More likely to be the end of Jesus, with Alvarez coming in as well. But the 2 don’t relate to each other? Bernardo will stay because he’s happy to. Haaland signing has nothing to do with Bernardo.
Mumphrey and Sons.As much as these stories look promising, I still think convincing Bernardo to re-sign is the bigger priority.
If signing Haaland meant Silva left, then I'd prefer we kept Silva.
You don’t think the leak came from us? It seems extremely calculated, even the timing.
If Pol Ballús says its on then that's come from one of the people closest to Pep, even if the deal is join us for 5 years then we'll let you join Madrid, by then we could've won everything twice over
“Erling Haaland loves City”… scans perfectlyAin't no doubt it's plain to see, Erling Haaland's signing for City.
We have already removed Sergio and Torres from the wage bill, with probably Ferna and one more from Jesus/Sterling (if he doesn’t sign a new deal) to come. Plenty of wiggle roomWonder if this means Sterling will leave either this summer or next. De bruyne is going no where, but Sterlings £300k a month may be a struggle if you add another £350k for Haaland. Will have knock on effects on other squad places
There's no need to pick Haaland over Bernardo: they aren't mutually exclusive in any way shape or form. That's not entirely correct, as others have alluded to Haaland, and what he is paid, may impact what others expect they are worth.
Regardless, all I was saying was if given the choice of each in a hypothetical situation, I would pick Bernardo over Haaland. But others mileage may vary!
They were incredibly bitter around the Gundo signing as I rememberMaybe this gets announced at the end of the month. Dortmund hate us I could see them announcing an agreement to spite City.
Meh, more excited about Alvarez arriving, if haaland comes great but if not not bothered either

What is all this drivel? If City do in fact land Haaland its a huge win for the club...anyone saying differently is either daft or supports a different club...

They should just concentrate on Moussa Debele who they have been heavily linked with.
