I love how they discount the 2 changes in style we’ve already been through under Pep…. Any record(s) they cling to should be causing nightmares when he signs, we will wipe them out!

Why they mentioning 100m when it’s 65m buyout unless there adding on the payment to his dad and agent.
Haaland buyout 65m
380k 5 years =98m
dad=20m
agent=20m
Total =203m a lot cheaper than I thought.

I think we've agreed a deal in theory with him, but he's very much waiting to see what happens with Mbappe/Madrid.
If that deal breaks down, he'll be eating paella next season.
If not, he'll be devouring the Premier League.
Was just smirking to myself and thinking exactly that. Pep constantly changes our game to suit the personnel. One tiny example from this season: cancelo now plays as basically a left winger who cuts inside. The back four become a three and pivot accross to cover him. The left attacking player plays infield 5-10 yards. This doesn’t happen on the right. He’s done it time and time again and that’s his genius. And people who don’t understand football tactics, even some of our own, fail to see that.I love how they discount the 2 changes in style we’ve already been through under Pep…. Really, WowReminder: Haaland is younger than both Foden and Alvarez.
Doubt it. If Madrid can't prise him away, then it's just not our type of deal. Release Clause FC.yeah but I think if that mbappe deal with madrid breaks down then we will be all over mbappe so win win
Maybe it's me but I don't see Pep as a great fit for international football, what he asks from his players seems kind of complex as a number of players we have signed and the first year here seem to show and as an international manager you never get that much time with your players.unless he goes to a National side
I thought we were the "bitters"? We can't have some horrid, Johhny Foreigner outfit usurping us. Get it sorted Pep.They were incredibly bitter around the Gundo signing as I remember
Mere peanuts. With oil prices going through the roof, Sheikhy bossman will have that made up by the time he has his chip barm tea this evening.Why they mentioning 100m when it’s 65m buyout unless there adding on the payment to his dad and agent.

Just like when we signed Gundo, they will conveniently forget that they themselves preyed on another club to sign Haaland in the first place.I thought we were the "bitters"? We can't have some horrid, Johhny Foreigner outfit usurping us. Get it sorted Pep.
Can’t get a much better release clause than a player being out of contract and free, tbfDoubt it. If Madrid can't prise him away, then it's just not our type of deal. Release Clause FC.
YesIs Haaland available for Monday night? ;)

totally agree, we've seen world class players take a year to get peps systems of play training day in day out , imagine some of the england players trying to learn peps way at international level it would take 10 yearsMaybe it's me but I don't see Pep as a great fit for international football, what he asks from his players seems kind of complex as a number of players we have signed and the first year here seem to show and as an international manager you never get that much time with your players.
In terms of the Haaland deal, to me the timing seems to be more a nudge to other clubs to keep them in the market

Why are magnificent and complex Manchester City dumbed down and dismissed?
