If he has any sense his next job will be based on the liklihood that he'll play often, be in a positive environment, under a proven charismatic manager with a clear definition of Pogba's role.

It shouldn't be influenced by how much money he'll make. And it shouldn't even be based on winning trophies. The fact that he's talking about the later implies to me that he still doesn't get it.
