They are a delight to see. There is absolutely no plan. Where are we now? - Where do we want to get to? - How do we get there? Wonderfully not a single one of these is in place. They have a scatter gun approach to management and anyone who has been in management knows that this cannot work.

So sit back folks and enjoy the fun.

Certainly not on the bus. The wheels keep falling off.

Transitions at football clubs are generally quite hard. In my lifetime only the "bootroom" concept at Liverpool has been successful. Hopefully (and I think definitely) we will have a plan in place and be ready to execute it when the time comes for Pep to go.

Enter Gareth Taylor......

;)

for me its not just about pep ? city was winning titles and cups before pep rocked up. so i don't see pep leaving city when the time comes as a bad thing unlike fergie at united. i see manchester city as a world class team both on and off the field. we have a DNA that will allow others to come in as manager and still be winning

modern football clubs are built with the future in mind. unlike united and fergie they never laid or put a plan together for life after fergie. it was all about him from top to bottom and will be ok its manchester united for god sake ?

you even get it today with the likes of neville's and keane in the media. its the mighty man united ? sorry its not
your just another team in the premier league now and nobody fears you

The only chance United have now is to appoint…Phil Neville & Gary Neville. The former knows how to manage girls and let’s face it with Bruno, pogba and Ronaldo his experience will be vital. The latter knows everything from manager selection to coaching himself. He used his position in the media to derail a move for conte. He stoked up a riot to cancel a match. He is the 1 true messiah. I wonder what his end game is in all this? Something to ponder. Now back to looking at the league table. Oh good the rags are still on page 1 for now :)
