Good that the disgusting nazi salutes have been punished. It's a start. Franco is dead you wankers
I also read that somewhere a while ago. To the tune of 400 mill or something.Aren't Abu Dhabi paying for it too ?

Hope you are right.I’m pretty sure Abu Dhabi backed out in the end mate, I think there was a lot of resentment to a few comments from Perez regarding oil money etc and city
Unfortunately it will not be luck that will give Atletico a chance , it will be their play acting / dark arts whatever you want to call it , they really do take anti-football to another level , if Grealish plays i wouldnt like to be in his boots , he was only on the pitch for 20 minutes and was fouled six times and had the ball booted in his face.Atlético should not be underestimated. They play at home and have quality players, especially forwards. City are the better team, and they know it, but they will try to win with the help of their fans. We are hitting form, though. If we play at our best, they'll need a lot of luck to survive. 2:1 City.
As we know the potential semi finals (ie Chelsea/Madrid vs Atleti/City etc) do we know which is semi 1 and which is semi 2 and which game is on on the 26th and which is on on the 27th?
My mum had a fall last night and broke her humerus which wasn’t too funny so I’m going to pop over to the U.K. to be there for her for a couple of weeks so I’m trying to book some return flights but seeing as the total trip time is 36 hours, I’m trying to sort it so I avoid missing any games (yes I’m a kindhearted son like that) as I can’t imagine being in the air during a potential CL semi through poor planning.

Even though we will want win the game, we’re not going to start the match as we would if the score were level. I reckon we’ll be happy to pass the ball around in front of their 11 players, keeping possession. I’m not expecting our full backs to be bombing forward too much and Bernardo or Gündogan will be sitting fairly deep keeping Rodri company. At some point they will have to change their usual approachAtletico will play the same first half with 11 players behind the ball to try & limit the score to 1-0. When they do push players further up the pitch id'e expect us to pick them off & add more goals.

If we keep moving them around with our passing game they will be very tired, especially their forwards, when they get to the last 20 mins. They'll wait until the last 20 mins to do that and then they do have a threat. If they keep it to 1-0 on aggregate going into the last 20 they'll have done their job.
If we score then it'll become a really open game. If not it'll be a chess match.

One of City’s more underrated qualities is our ability to see out the final stages of a match when we have a one goal lead. We’re brilliant at moving the ball around, making tired players chase it. And often those tactics lead to a goal eg our third against united in 18/19I expect to see a similar situation to when Simeone made 3 subs at once.
They can't beat us over 180 mins of open football, but in a 20 minute shootout on their home turf they have a better chance. They'll have plans too.
They'll see themselves like The 300.
