I have wondered why they haven’t attempted Odessa. Beautiful rich city dubbed the Monte Carlo of the Black Sea. I think it’s only a matter of time before they try and take control

If the Ukrainian airforce can launch mugs from the west then they can pretty much sunk the entire Black Sea fleet as it was always going to be a naval landing operation and the Moskva was the only real AA threat. If turkey let in another Aa cruiser then that would be key. Personally would love for Poland to release their migs let the Ukrainians re arm them, take off announce it publicly as they release on every Russian ship in the Black Sea

I think the Ukrainian soldiers defending Mariupol have decided they are all going to die fighting. Russians have told them surrender or be obliterated and I reckon the Ukrainians will take up the offer as they know surrender would mean death anyway, probably with torture added. By fighting to the last they'll offer an example that will inspire the rest of the country. It'd be great, though, if NATO could somehow provide them with the weapons to break out and reach safety somewhere else.

Heroes. The word gets thrown around too much but these guys are actual, genuine heroes.

But the second part of the story brings a smile to your face. When they interviewed the woman her husband was in a serious condition in a Russian field hospital having been shot.
Is it cruel to hope they blew his balls off ?
 
Lviv was hit by some missiles early today , lots of damage done , they had better hope they have a good shot because if they hit poland nato will kick off a war

They have but they were stopped after they briefly took Mykolaiv and pushed bak to nearly the outskirsts of Kherson. An invasion from the sea would only work in cooperation with a land attack otherwise it would be a disaster and to be honest the Russians have had enough of those. They need another like a hole in the head.
