Would love Phillips, England international for a hell of a lot less than you usually get one for.

Could slot into peps system easier than rice imo. Would make more sense than rice to me who would want to play every game and fills in and English player spot we will need to fill of raheem leaves. The lad can play abit too I rate him highly.

It must be a miracle that we’re able to sign any players at all, right? Lol

Would you rather potentially play to win all titles and maybe not play all games, or fight against relegation? Tough choice… Players want to play for Pep knowing how his times work. You may not be used a lot one day, and that can suddenly turn the next, and vice versa. Have we ever not signed a player because they were afraid they wouldn’t play most games? I’d say the opposite has happened
 


Wasn't this guy the next superstar like his friend de ligt from Ajax

Where would he play? As a DM or as a box-to-box? I remember him playing in a double pivot at Ajax.
 
Hi All , sorry I’ve not got back to all the inboxes and notifications, wasn’t being rude . just got back from a very heavy 5 nights stag du in Vegas , haven’t got the time to reply to each inbox , so thought Id post on here , everyone is asking me the same questions who’s coming and going .. so I’ll tell you what I’ve been told , Incomings .. apart from haaland nothing is set in stone at this stage , we are keeping eyes on de jong , Bellingham , nkunku and the centre back Torres .. outgoings I’m told peps completely lost faith in sterling and we are going to sell him and one off Jesus or Mahrez .. sounds like it could be gundogans last season as a blue

Like I said only just got back from Vegas this morning and just passing on what I’ve been told from my source within the club .

Bellingham and Haaland together in one summer, however unlikely it may be, would be a fucking wet dream and the piss boil of all piss boils that ever boiled piss.

I could see De Jong replacing Gundogan. Idk why we’d be after Torres unless Laporte is off too. Also alarming that we’d be getting rid of our natural wingers with no replacements

I'd sell Sterling and and Mahrez all day. Jesus is still young and he's been one of our best players specially in the big games. Also, his wages are far from what Sterling and Mahrez would demand on new contracts and we can't risk losing them on a free.

Gundo would be missed but I'm ok with that if we can get Bellingham, even if only next season.

So the mystery midfielder is de Jong, since Bellingham is someone we’re looking for in 2023?
