I don't believe for one second there is a release clause. Not because of what Gus, Tolmie or anyone else says, not because of what I think of Bild, but because purely based everything that I know to have happened to date, at least as publicly available.

I dont believe it … but lets say he does have a clause and its £150m and someone does trigger it. Its not like he would have to go, ultimately it would be his decision. If he wanted to leave he should leave regardless of the clause. And if he doesnt want to leave the clause is meaningless. Either way it doesnt matter

Answer yourself this, where else would he be? Do you think he’s the type of bloke to walk away from football? Not in my opinion. Both times he’s had breaks it’s all been high pressure situations. I genuinely think if we finished 10th next year he wouldn’t be sacked. Don’t get me wrong he’d be so disappointed but he’s our guy everyone loves him within the club.
