We are looking at a left back. It’s not as simple as just plucking one out of thin air as frustrating as it is. I’ve been saying for ages we need a proper top quality left back. We are very unbalanced as a side and we can’t go next year without quality purchases. Lb/dm forward and a speedy winger are needed. Squad needs a refresh as does pep I feel. He’s gotten all he can out of certain players and now is the time to liven things up a bit.
From what I’ve heard it’s bubbling away but you never know. Could be a rascal transfer window coming up for us this year.

I dunno mate I’m not privy to any discussions which is why I’m just floating it out there. Usually there’s rumors or links or something but I’ve not seen anything to do with those positions in agesWho said we arent? Most reports have us looking but they dont have the target names so no headline.

We could presumably bring in Issa Kabore from Troyes to give us a little physicality and Sergio Gomez from Anderlecht wouldn’t break the bank. My only concern about the latter is how long it would take for him to be linked with a move back to Barcelona.I’m not angry or having a go but I am curious why we just aren’t seemingly even looking at a LB or a RB. There must be a reason?

Ah ok. yeah ive seen most of the journos have a ST/CM/FB down as the targets. Gomez said last month he'd love to play for us or Barca due to play style. He'd prob be here at long as Pep before he moaned i think.
