Weird season but great when he came on.

this contract needs sorting as it must be on his mind.

great cross for Gundy goal

Anyone notice him coming out to collect his medal shaking hands with the City staff didn't look to pleased. Or is he just so used to winning now

people are not appreciating how absolutely crucial he was. without him we don't win the title yesterday. for 75 minute we were completely stuck we didn't create anything. players were scared. no one wanted to take a risk. the hardest thing to do when you're desperate and with 15 minutes left is to take a risk. what if my cross is shit, what if i am the one to give away the ball here. i'll get the stick later, best just to pass it sideways. that's what riyad did all afternoon. if he doesn't take a risk we'd be done.

love you raz.

Was brilliant when playing on the right with a natural striker in the middle. Dropped off when that striker was gone and he was playing all across the front three depending on what was needed. Selling him now, when we’ll have two excellent options for LW and ST next season so he can focus on being a traditional right winger again, would be a mistake in my opinion. Haaland would dine out on crosses like that one.

Rarely injured and super fit he can put in game after game and do his best for the team. He's not world class. But the shit he gets from our fans is ridiculous. He's one of City's greatest ever goalscorers. His performance yesterday was exactly what we needed. No nerves. Just pure determination to go and make something happen, to take on the defender. His cross was class. Perfectly weighted, drew the keeper in and put it on a sixpence. That goal changed the game. And Raz made it. Gundogan had to be in the right place to score, but funny how they're not tap ins when anyone other than Raheem scores them.

He consistently is one of our top scorers despite occasional drops in form.

We'll all know what missing feels like if he goes. He's scored 3 more goals and played 2 more games than Foden. People will talk about ceiling and overall ability. But the simple fact is other players don't get into the positions to score as consistently. He might miss but he'll always be in the right positions. Again, Gundogan gets praise for his timing in the box, but Raheem doesn't. It's not a fair fight for some reason.

I truly believe he'll flourish with Haaland in the team, running off him and taking defenders away.

I can't remember what the rest of his performance was like but that cross completely changed the game. The first goal gave us the momentum and the belief to score the second and the third. Without it, who knows how much longer it would've taken us to get the breakthrough.

Suggestions he looked unhappy are laughable. He was the first to reach Gundogan after the winner and certainly looked the furthest thing from uncaring in that moment.
tbh he rarely looks ecstatic. but missing for the parade today?

Don’t think one should read too much into him being missing. He’s still human and has a life. Anything could be going on. For instance, Jesus has a baby on the way and was unavailable. No need to jump the gun yet and attribute the reason for his absence to a transfer.
