Does his number matter? Give him whats available, 9, 15, cant believe it makes any difference. Sentimental or not, hes 21, hes playing for one of the best teams in Europe if not the world. Lets not put him on a pedestal, thats how to create unrest .!!!!!!

If Haaland is presented by the club this week i doubt he will be given a shirt with his number on it. He'll have to wait until closer to the beginning of next season to determine which numbers are available.

My point as from earlier comments is a number doesnt matter. Its a number, it wont define his legacy or his success. Hes a kid still. The numbers that matter are those that are on the pitch!!!!!!

What? and miss out on all the commercial opportunities doubtful the only stumbling bloc is if he is to have 9 how is the Jesus situation going to be handle?

Jesus at Arsenal though is actually a move I quite like. Playing under Arteta in one of the few PL teams that doesn't mind its players using flair and dribbling.

Think they have to announce him with a number, for commercial reasons. Puma wouldn’t have them do so without. How many people, including myself, are waiting for this to buy the new shirt with print?

Unless Jesus transfer is sorted very quickly, I suspect he will take 15.

This is only for his final part of the medical and base fitness so when all the players come back from their holidays we have a base to work from for pre-season

I really REALLY hope the kid takes 15!

It would be a circular end to the legacy...

Unless he has a kid with a Manc girl and the cycle continues...
