With it being Pep’s, I’d assume the menu has been overthought, the staff get rotated too often and if your food needs replacing, the substitute arrives either too late or not at all :)

It’s very different to the standard Spanish / tapas.

A lot of it seems experimental, so some of it is absolutely amazing and some of it doesn’t really work.

Not the sort of place you’d go regularly, but for a special occasion if you’re wanting a completely unique experience, it’s definitely worth a try.
