We've played by the book and CAS have confirmed this, except for a minor misdemeanor of not giving UEFA the info they requested, but why on earth would we have done given they were the ones pushing for prosecution.

Should be repercussions now to this for him and possibly La Liga, depending now who and why this is being raised.

I don't think we'll ignore them this time either. I think we'll push for recompense once UEFA tell him to pipe down. He's attacked our credibility, tried to damage our brand, we didn't flinch. I hope he is read to take his medicine.

"Strange" as in the charges were examined and the actual evidence showed MCFC were not guilty of what was alleged by UEFA. Which is not strange at all - is it you fucking numpties?

PSG's sanctions couldn't be upheld because the charges filed by UEFA were "out of time" by their own FFP rules. (How convenient) for Qatar and PSG.
 
It's on the yellow ticker on sky now, how many times and for how long do the club allow the clubs name to be dragged through the mud. I'm not well up on legal matters but surely there must be something the club can do. This is likely to go on for months or even years again and probably all we will get is some kind of bland statement from the club. The WhatsApp group will already be sharpening their pencils. Surely after years of shit it's time to fight back, can you imagine the Premier League saying similar stuff about Real or Barcelona. The lawyers would be on it in hours.
 
He has to be on the verge of being sectioned at this point. Don't know why anybody would get upset by it, everybody can see it for what it is, desperate sad sour grapes. i find it genuinely funny everytime he mentions us now. If he was scouse he would be kind of the scousers.

If I was city or psg, I'd be putting in throwaway bids for every top La liga star just to wind him up.

I'd like to think with the 4 biggest clubs in the PL owned by Americans now, we have enough clout to change and force a breakaway from the corrupt PL, the other clubs not state owned will have to follow, ban state ownership from it with the added rule of no ownership linked commercial deals, also be great to isolate TV companies who are complicit in supporting Sportswashing so clubs having their own in house TV rights and streaming so not be dictated by the likes of SKY and BT would be great in this new breakaway

If it carries on like this something drastic has to happen by the clubs if the authorities here don't care, it's either a brand new top tier English league again with stringent rules or jumping ship to a European Super League and leaving English Football altogether.

Could be a blessing in disguise seeing Chelsea owned by Americans now.

They might end up splitting into two leagues.
We could have the American Soccer League, where all the proper clubs play and The murderous, despotic , human rights abusing sportswashers league where all the state owned clubs play. I’d be quite happy with that.

I would prefer the authorities to grow a pair and just put a stop to clubs being state owned cheating twats tho.

When are their yank owners going to utilise the land compulsorily purchased for the building of their new stadium?
