Fair enough, but the main point I was trying to raise was I just can't see Arsenal bidding £100m for any player.
You would have to take 40 mil for Gabby with an expiring contract in a heartbeat...Some of you are living in a fantasy.
This is going to be something like the 3rd or 4th highest fee for a player with only 12 months left on his contract in history.
And he's our 3rd choice strike and 4th choice winger, who went 4 months without starting a league game and has only managed 17 goals in the last 2 league seasons in 60 apps. He's got massive confidence issues and told the manager he didn't want to be a striker in September and that he changed his mind and didn't want to be a winger in April.
It's a very good fee, it's a good move for both clubs and the player.

Except regular footballi'm sure I've read quotes from him those distractions are why he doesn't want to play his football there. Still think he either goes to Madrid, or extends with us.Chelsea gives him nothing we can't.
He has contacts...agents included...you can dismiss him if you'd like, but he is laughing all the way to the bank...Why would they, I think he just guesses like almost everyone else on twitter.
