Especially with inflation on the rise and interest rates not good for any business with mounting debt
 
Unless we go to war with Russia and Uwe's Russian cousin bombs the shithole, no way are they getting a new stadium. Tottenhams nearly crippled them and that was without a predicted 11% inflation and a shortage of raw materials. Planning permission would take awhile as well due to all the objections.
Face it rags, you are stuck in that crumbling shithole for years.

It won't be a bunker in Berlin for this particular demagogue, it'll be a disused bus shelter in a lay-by somewhere, empty Jack Daniels bottles at his feet.

Your right Glazers are a distraction, where was the moaning when fergie anointed Moyes or when any of the subsequent manager pitched up, there was none because each time - this is it, the road to glory has commenced :-) not the Glazers fault it's all gone tits up each time.

They more than deserve their dividends, long may it continue :-)

Could you compare the 2 though ? Any buyer has to either fund the debt himself or organise finance to do so. Then they will have to offer the Glazers a decent wedge. Again, either they find the money or they incur more debt.
Whilst a number of people stepped forward to buy Chelsea, to me, as a non finance man, it is totally different.
The Glazers don't need to sell so won't take a low/daft offer. You would also need to factor in the stadium. Chelsea need to modernise theirs, the rags need to start from scratch. Let's face facts, if we hadn't moved to our then new stadium, the Sheikh would not be here now. No one in his right mind wants to build a new stadium, especially as the rags could be out of the Champs League money for quite a few years.
As a total guess paying off the debt and the Glazers is a billion? A new stadium 2.5 billion ?
The training ground is so out of date, 500k to get it decent ?
New players, 3 shillings and 6 pence to plod along or North of 300 million to get enough decent ones.
People with money don't tend to waste it.
 
Might be wrong here but didn’t the rags activate a £150 million loan last year to add to their astronomical debt?
