That lad at 5th Urmston Scout Group that can play holding midfield, winger, (left or right) and goaly keeper (when required) is looking more likely by the minute,

Woodys replacement has said 15 mill, take it or leave it.

Unfortunately for the rags he has told them to do one BUT we are expecting an increased bid.

They never learn.
Trying to lowball Barcelona for any player is never going to work, even if the player were eager for the move.
Given Eriksen is taking time choosing whether to re-sign with Brentford or sign to the rags, undoubtedly for LOTS more money, tells us all we need to know about how players view them.
They appear to still be using the "eddie 2 planks" book on negotiation, as nobody there has the faintest clue.
Players will return for pre-season training as early as next week and pre-season friendlies are starting mid July, so even though the transfer window is open until the start of September, unless you at least have all your ducks lined up by the time training begins and even before the serious games start, you are going to be at a serious disadvantage.
The rags also have the disadvantage of a brand new manager to the prem, who will be wanting to play a far more intensively posession focussed game to which absolutely none of their current squad are suited. Their playing squad appears to have had no coaching beyond a couple of laps of the training ground a bit of a kick about and sod off to the golf course.
It is a hilarious shitstorm in the making and I truely hope they are in the bottom 3 by Christmas (best present ever) and relegated in May.

None of the above stopped Leicester city winning the league a few seasons back....by ten clear points.with no manager at all throughout pre season training. Claudio turned up in time to over -see the pre season games at Mansfield town and Rotherham utd ..before winning his first ever title in 30 years of management!
Incredible.
Get your money on utd for the title! ; )

Re Pogba’s Documentary …

“Prior to the release of the documentary, which has left viewers and football fans perplexed, the lowest-rated programme on IMDb was the Turkish musical series 'Iste Bu Benim Masalim', which scored just 1.2 out of ten. That has now been surpassed by viewers giving a comprehensive thumbs down to Pogba's promotional venture, which scores just one out of ten.”

Oh dear …..

The IMDb table is upside down, think that was something like what we used to sign back in the day ;)

No way are they getting top half with present squad -- everyone else will improve - they will sign a big name and will rely on dodgy decisions agai which will be less forthcoming.

Something very striking about United's transfer policy, for years now, by contrast with us. If there's any truth to the Eriksen rumour.
Txixi (and Pep) are not by and large interested in signing players, however “marquee” they are, who are not going to have a potentially long shelf life with us. So far we have Álvarez, 22, Haaland, 21, in the bag. Possibly Cucurella, 23, and Phillips — o.k., 26. All and any of them could have years at the top with us, if things work out to mutual satisfaction.
But over and over, we have seen United sign players who cannot possibly be expected to perform at top level for more than about three years, tops, as a short-term fix. They may deliver for one season, maybe two. For years now, United's thinking has been short-term, even verging on panic. Long may that continue.
We are really a far, far better-run club.
Even Chelsea are kind of heading in that direction. The Lukaku thing was never going to work out. At best, he might have been the answer to their woes up front for a season.
Liverpool are more of a worry to me, because they seem to now be thinking strategically. Their recruitment for the last three seasons has been undeniably good, they're thinking about being in the argument for years to come.

Ok but rags and dippers are cunts.

That’s all.
Bye.

Portuguese outlet Record claim that Ronaldo believes in the attacking football Ten Hag wants to play but his club's struggles in the market are putting him on the verge of a 'nervous breakdown

47 years... so 1975 when they won promotion to the first division, spent 17 years as a mid table club harping on about best and the days of busbys while creating a rivally with a scouse team there were never in competiton with for titles, the michael knighton debarcle, sex pest in the boardroom, but then near 2 decade of domination domestically then back to being shit mid table no marks

His time supporting the mediocre, shitly run united is longer than the successful united period, so should not be downheartened, fickle as fuck this lot

Yes, this is a quote from one of their supporters/customers

I know our Government is a joke but what the Glazers are doing to a national institution surely deserves some kind of action? It has been clear from day one that their intention is to take out of the club, one of the great institutions of the country and a huge tourist attraction. At what point do they get involved?

A pipe dream for such a joke of a Government but it's a fantasy of mine.’

At least they got one word right, though it took till the 3rd from end word

what exactly are the Glazers do that requires the government to get involved? This isn’t P&O ferries sacking staff, this isn’t Barclays Bank about to collapse in 2008. United are a company turning a profit in an industry where the tv deals both domestically and internationally are going up and up, they make money and have a manageable debt. I don’t get the outrage of the Glazers taking their dividends, should they go into business for free?

If they were successful there would be non of this nonsense from their fans. We didn’t hear a peep between 2005 til 2009 when Mansour rocked up. Happy to accept the trophies then weren’t they? Same with that hypocrite Neville, if they were such bad owners why didn’t he hand a transfer request in back in 2005?
