Liverpool's main mouthpiece, James Pierce, said specifically Salah won't entertain being sold this summer and will want to stay in the PL with Liverpool or another team. So Gumzy has either been reading some twitter shite or is misremembering. I can't wait for the piss boil if he doesn't sign a new contract.

The internet has him scoring 7 in that period. Including a 2 month international ban I wasn't aware of. And covid delays to s.american tournaments, so a bit of a misleading statistic. Point taken though, not as good for Brazil as made out.

Sounds like a push for a his contract, which I imagine is what he wants. Not sure why he would want to leave, other than wanting more money, which he will get out of Liverpool eventually.

If I was Sam lee I’d be very concerned tbh. Pol’s articles are much better to read and provide a great insight. Can’t see the athletic keeping them both on

Already got two in and Palmer is ready so I think not. Front three is covered, two per position, by Grealish, Foden, Alvarez, Haaland, Mahrez, Palmer.

They have more than one reporter for most of the top clubs so I think he'll be fine. Personally I'm not a big fan of his but think he gets too much shit on here.

Well, his last goal is on June 2nd 2022, and the one before that is on July 7th 2019, the copa america, before that it was July 3rd 2019, and before that June 9th 2019. so 3 goals in the last 3 years, and if we wait 2 more weeks to July 7th 2022, it'll be 1 goal in 3 years - his NT played 32 games in that time period (he obviously missed a few of them)

All of this is to say he hasn't really been an effective brazil #9.
