I know we won fuckall but I always see those times as when we turned a corner. Just felt something was brewing.
Yeah we were lucky that Sven's team was actually good at it, whereas Ten Hag seems to be just choosing anyone he saw in Dutch football that he thought was decent, ignoring the fact that the Dutch league is average.

Ragnick must have told him how toxic the dressing room is so ten hag is focused on getting players he can trust rather than players that are great, while getting the big egos out the door. Probably a sensible short term plan to deal with the mess, but not going to win them anything.

But he was
Oh right so because he's fulfilled his contract & it suits Brentford he should stay. Why wasn't he offered a longer contract then
Loyalty is only mentioned when a player wants to leave but the fans dont want them to go but they don't mention loyalty to their former clubs when signing new players.

Had Ericsson not been upto it physically wise Brentford wouldn't have renewed his contract & no one would of mentioned loyalty
It would be completely understandable if Brentford weren't willing to give Eriksen a new contact if he didn't prove to be physically wise. Brentford let him train with them for a couple of weeks before giving him game time. Brentford took a risk giving him a one year deal when nobody else was willing to take the chance with him. Personally if I was a Brentford fan I'd be pretty pissed off with Eriksen unless he was joining another club that was playing Champions League football and challenging for trophies.
