I hope he stays, he is messing it up from the inside. Doesn't matter how many he scores it's all about him.
 
Also had a maths teacher at Ardwick Tech who wrestled at Belle Vue forgot is name but it was in the 1950's

I think you meant 'unenforceable' rather than 'illegal'. Grealish had a £100m buyout clause in his contract but Villa initially refused to honour it. His agency - Stellar - negotiated with them and eventually they did honour it of course but it's questionable whether Grealish would've had a cast-iron case if he'd taken them to court had they not done.
