Since the man himself has gone out and confirmed it in public, I feel I can share this too.

Sam and Pol are both very well connected at the club.

However, it's worth noting that 9320 has consistently talked about the possibility of a major transfer based on Sterling leaving for several months and didn't ever even hint at a name until he got pissed up one night. He's not a dick nor does he cock tease. He usually comes on and says "this is X, this is Y" then leaves it.

Then you'd know there have been as many rumours that turned out false as there have been correct ones.

Once again, I don't want to have an argument over this with anyone. I just wanted to pass on what I had and I did. If you think I'm making it up, that's alright.

Because every time someone reliable says something, we have kids like yourself who want to "build a reputation" and then start piling on and it's irritating.

So you cold DM'ed a journalist and asked him if he's heard anything that he hasn't already made public and he said no, and then you claim that's a source. Mad that he didn't just completely break out his entire information network and what he's heard or not heard to a random stranger on Twitter rather than, you know, putting it in an article that he's paid to do.

Not that I believe Sam has heard anything specific, but if you think that he had and he'd break the news of one of the biggest transfers in the history of the club to some random guy who DM'ed him on Twitter then you're a bit mental mate.

They are connected but I dont take what they say as it’s happening. Ever since listening to a podcast they did and Sam said that City told him there was nothing happening with Ake when there was rumours he was joining us. Then city signed Ake a day or two later.

Like I said, he's the second person I talked to. My initial source is someone I know personally.

I know you believe he's coming and I guess the only way for you to believe me at all would be when he doesn't come.
