Past caring now tbh. City acted in a correct manner. We offered a very good fee and when that was not deemed enough told Brighton to get fucked. If Chelsea are willing to overpay then that is on them. You would have thought they would have Learned from Lukaku disaster.

City still need in an ideal world a new full back. The club is no doubt trying to find a suitable player.

4 out of 5 league titles. We are living the dream.

Fuck off Brighton or any other club that thinks we are a soft touch. We may regret not buying Cucu and we may not.

I really appreciate folk like yourself sharing whatever bits of info you get. I get it’s not worth the fucking mither you get of some of the slapped arses though. Such a shame people can’t be more grown up.

I don't agree it will put future targets off. Cucurella is 1 year into a 5 year contract. It's Brightons right to set a price and clubs decisions whether to pay the price. Chelsea clearly going to pay the fee so Brighton have been proven right not accepting £30m off City surely?

Why though it’s just an opinion. Some people take all this chat and speculating as gospel.. it’s never done ‘til Txiki gets a new jumper.. I don’t get the shit people get for sharing a bit of info.

Ah I was only winding the poster up. I enjoy the bits of info some of the lads get. In Damien’s case, he was obviously very knowledgeable on the Kane and Grealish sagas. Pity he feels he can’t share any bits of info he might have.

It really does get me when blues post in good faith and get ripped to fucking pieces when, for the billions of reasons ,these things go tits up. I don’t get why folk don’t just enjoy it all.

We all agree City need a left back. However, it doesn't have to be Cucarella. We will not fall apart because we don't get him. Trust the management, the last ten years prove they know what they're doing.

Ergo, if you are playing left back then you is a left back.

Thus he played left back (regularly) so he was a regular left back and there’s no escaping that except by hiding in a nice warm safe blanket of delusion.

Though I do agree that it maybe wasn’t his favoured position.
 
When we have set a price before and not gone above that price it has worked in our favour as in Sanchez, Maguire,Fred etc but although I stand totally with our management behind it all I do think we have missed out here
