If ever there was a time for protest, it is now, which is exactly why this government is doing all it can to curtail the right to protest, to limit the power of social media and to divide and conquer. The saddest part is that this type of police behaviour will be lauded by many of their supporters.

I lived next door to a copper for some years. He was a dog handler. I never gave him or his dog any bother whatsoever.

Same here. I still see him on the EL3 concourse on matchdays. He left the police a while back.
