Matuidi rings a bell for some reason mate.

Correct.

However, PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi has sounded out a warning to the Etihad officials, that he will target City’s star players if they make a move for Matuidi.

When asked about, whether he feared an approach from the Manchester based out-fit he said: “No. Because they know that if they touch one of our players, we will come into conflict with them, and we will also contact their players.

“We respect all clubs. But if a club try to recruit one of our players, they will have to accept the consequences. And what I say is not only for Manchester City, who, from what I know, have not contacted Matuidi.”

So does anyone think City will allow Nasser Al-Khelaifi and PSG to pull a similar stunt, if true, with Bernardo? Not a chance! We don’t forget either.

I don’t think he’d be moving to those parts! There are areas and districts outside of the Paris area (and I’m not taking about the notorious districts on the periphery) that are gorgeous places to live.
I thought I’d read him and his partner wanted to start a family, and maybe they just want to move elsewhere.
(Though he did sign - and had still got - a fruitcakin’ contract with us!)
Still a shithole pal. Plus traffic a nightmare: was stuck on the Champs-Élysées once. Never again

Funny how the dippers are now making noises about De Jong.

Its as if they think were going after him to replace Bernie.

I hope this is all some 4D chess to fuck both PSG and the dips up.

Manchester is ugly he just wants out.

Handforth, Bowden, Alderley Edge, Hale, Wilmslow, the Cheshire Golden Triangle, etc, aren’t ugly.

I was in Wilmslow today. I had a look in a few estate agents windows. The houses and their grounds are absolutely stunning. Houses valued into their millions.

Aston Martin, Wilmslow. Cars for sale for £225,000. Nearly the price of my house.

Restaurants, bars, high end shops, etc. Everything a footballer might want.

And let’s be honest, the weather this Summer in Manchester has been pretty decent.

Players coming to City and Manchester know they won’t have the Med climate or lifestyle.

As for the city centre, it will never be central Barcelona, London, Paris, Madrid, Lisbon, etc. But it has improved vastly over the years. There are plenty of excellent places to eat, drink, and hang out. Parks and open spaces are still a work in progress with Mayfield Park opening soon. That includes Albert Square, etc. There are still plenty of small squares and gardens dotted around the city centre. Manchester isn’t perfect by any means, but don’t make it out to be a sh*t hole, especially if you have the lifestyle and money to make the most of it, which Bernardo and his partner have.

I accept Bernardo was and is still affected by his partner not being here, but that’s her choice. And the COVID lockdown. But we all had to endure that. With many people dieing and their loved ones suffering and being left alone.

With all due respect to Bernardo, he needs a reality check on life and the privileged and lucky life he lives in Manchester.

Does Manchester pass the CHAV TEST???
It’s based on Tattoo Parlours and Kebab Shops.
In Wells, Somerset we score …….1 and 1.
No footballer is ever going to live here - even though we have a bloody big Cathedral and a brilliant hardware shop (Whitings).
They want beaches and bingo.

If she got pregnant today she would be due in late May. Play the season then go start your family in Spain, France, Mars wherever you want. Lotsa luck.
