Thinking about it, possibly because the front rank are in the 3 services uniforms, one each excepting Andrew.

Now I’ve looked it up it would appear that since 2012 he is the highest ranking officer in all three. Most of his active service was in the Navy but he did spend some time in the RAF.

To be fair there some things getting cancelled and some things not.

At our hospital, they've delayed all surgeries listed for the 19th, included perceived 'life saving' ops.

Only trauma cases are being dealt with.

I think that's pretty fucked up.
