He does seem to have become fixated on one issue and there must be a very limited market for his output. To make money as a freelance you need to be versatile and impartial (because you may do work for very different outlets with very different political stances) He has undermined his own reputation because of some of his content on Twitter.
His biggest mistake is presuming anyone other than the brain dead, keyboard warrior dippers give a flying fuck about his opinion …!

Souness will be getting a rocket from his missus for dissing our Jack.
Really hope he doesn’t sell his soul like the rest of em on there, I quite like him as a pundit but that may change if he starts being a talkshite bitch….!!

Agree! but Souness was saying things about his character personality saying he would of loved to play against him as in kicking him leaving his foot in and that’s what he is getting now every game!
He also said he'd love a night on the piss with him. Have a feeling there's a bit of love from Sounuess there.

When I left school they just told me to fuck off and find a job, am I missing something here ?
No that's spot on, but apparently one was told to have a trial to see if she would be kept on, and she didn't make it and was released, and it affected her GCSE's boo hoo

Same here Andy.

I asked one of the teachers if he thought I should stay on for another year. He actually said "fuck off, you're joking". I was... Left school on Friday, started work on the following Monday.

We had a career's class once a week, if you hadn't found a job or at least applied for a one, you got strapped. Plastered around the wall's in bold letter's were what employer's didn't want, people with ASTHMA was one example, that set me off on the wrong foot straight away, definitely felt a 2nd class citizen.

Same here when I said I might stay on, it didn’t go down well but I think they knew I was taking the piss.

I guess playing for Liverpool wasn't an option to you? You'd have been welcomed with open arms!

Well, I’ll be amongst the first to give the benefit of the doubt to the club, especially given the shit we get , so let me just put that one to bed straight away, and rags etc, I tended to dismiss straight away for obvious reasons, but when it’s genuine , level headed staunch blues (independent of each other) who know how it works, and say the club were very cold and hard compared to others, you tend to listen, and for a good while it was a common theme.
Other clubs do it too, I know one personally who was with the dippers from 8 and dropped unceremoniously, now with Blackpool.
Feel free to disagree.
You stated, 2001, a lot has changed. However, not many kids make it from the thousands at English Academies. Our Club provides excellent education options and sports training, further support on being released is also provided. The biggest role models for these kids should be parents but we’ve all seen them at kids football thinking their children are going to be the next Beckham without any idea of their actual ability.

As a kid, like most who played football my dream was to become a footballer, at Senior School during the trial for the year team I realised there were two lads who were head and shoulders above my level and that dream died right there. My parents supported me in every sport I played but also instilled in me I would need to work hard at School to give me a chance in my working life, seems today some people want success on a plate with little graft.

Perhaps - but you must remember that 50odd thousand of our fans don’t know these “level headed staunch blues” so hence it’s hard to take it all as gospel
He must have an unprecedented level of contacts to know so many staunch level headed Blue’s AND parents of other kids released from clubs, or is he just stating empirical evidence from his time at the Job Centre in 2001 when the Club was a completely different entity.

I told my school to fuck off..... and you're not sticking that cold spoon under my ball bag ever again!

You must be watching a different video to me. The guy in grey (20 secs on the Video) who purposely makes contact with Olsen in the back of the head quite clearly does not apologise.
Yup two guys there. 1 of them clearly apologises. The other guy just pushed him in the back of head, didn't apologise but that wasn't violence when compared to actual violence.

Professional football is and always has been a ruthless business. If you are not good enough - or perceived to be not good enough, which is not quite the same thing - out tossed you will be, and pretty ruthlessly. Ultimately, there is no 'nice' way of doing it.

The same applies (for example) if you want to be a professional musician or ballet dancer, or whatever.
