Im not asking him to score or deliver a 10/10 its more of the sense of him not shying away from running at people and continuing his form from the wolves game. At Wolves he was a constant presence in the attack, thats all im asking for today.

Hopefully, I think something seemed to click in his brain in the wolves game, making runs into the box that he hasn’t been making before. He also looked very sharp when he came on for England against Italy.

Let’s hope he continues that way. Maybe he’s realised it’s time to show what he can do or he isn’t going to last at a winning club like ours. He seems very self-aware when he talks about himself as a player, so I think he knows that he can’t really afford to have two average seasons in a row and is now going to start consciously putting in that extra bit of effort, making the runs etc.

He has the ability, he just needs to believe in it and leave everything on the pitch each time, and then the ability will take care of itself.

Can see the logic in having a quicker back 4 and both CBs starting have impressed so far this season so I’m not heading to the bathroom for my razor blade unlike others.
Rodri missing is the only concern but that team is more than capable of winning comfortably.

Correct Rodri is going to be the big miss. He is our one mainstay game in game out I can barely remember how we play when he’s not there. Will be interesting.

I was thinking that myself. Plus Ake has been are best and most consistent centre back for months now.

Rodri is out the issue for me, He's the only player we really have that can sniff out danger, He's the master of breaking up play.
