No just the electoral system the whole system - you have a PM who resigned in disgrace nominating an MP who is now suspended to be made a Peer and a current PM trying to get all appointments delayed for 2 years coz she knows she will lose any by elections - the whole system needs chucking in the sea whilst we start again
