Ortega

Lewis
Stones
Ake
Gomez

Gundo
Phillips
Grealish

Mahrez
Alvarez
Palmer

More wishful thinking because I'd love to see Grealish get a go in midfield and see Phillips get a start but likely too early for that. Maybe JWE at LB and Gomez in midfield?

That's the main advantage of winning the group early, being able to give minutes to players who need the confidence and some kids too.

Not a bad line-up for this game. Is Phillips fit yet though?

The live training session is on the official site now if everyone is interested in that sort of thing:

Have a nagging feeling Haaland won't be available till after the World Cup.

Not training still with the first team, do we know how serious the Akanji injury is?

That would make for an interesting game, one we’d probably lose about 10-4.

I’ll try and ask tactics. Who are you playing in the 6?

Mahrez as an 8? We’re more likely to see Gomez as an 8 and Wilson Esbrand at left back. We might only lose 6-5 then.

Keep reading how we are going to lose tomorrow. Sevilla 18th in la liga and a meaninglessness for them and away from home. I tend to be more optimistic

Ortega, Lewis, stones, jwe, gomez, Palmer, mahrez, alvarez, and Grealish are the only first teamers that should be involved in this really, a combination of young lads, players that need a game and players that need to find form. Fill the gaps with eds lads. I don't expect Pep to go as weak though.

Seville will make a lot of changers too! The way we push up to the half way line it’s play where you wants lads[emoji38]
