Seat Counters - 2022/23

Brentford is ‘sold out’. It’s just ticket exchange seats and these will appear until the club stop allowing them to be posted.
I think they allow them to go on quite late. I forget which match but towards the end of last season we put one on the exchange the morning of the game and it got sold.

Tickets are flying out. On the Tuesday before the Brighton game I thought I couldn’t go, so listed two tickets in the evening, then on the Wednesday morning found out I could in fact go so went on to de-list them but they’d gone. You have to be quick out of the blocks nowadays.

So… this game said sold out and has been ‘sold out’ for about a week and half. Why did they take all the unsold sets off the planner when there are so many seats empty tonight? Makes me
Wonder about next Wednesday too

Sold out means they’ve sold all the tickets doesn’t mean everyone will attend, train strikes , bad traffic , think there was trouble with trams also really bad weather

No trams through town at 745 no trams running on ashton line at 7pm ish. Pissing down. Blowing a gale. Do you think its likely fans havent bothered who had tickets or City have lies and taken hundreds of seats off sale?

Fair weather fans mate if it bad weather or something happens they give up or stay at home

Tell me you’re not an official seat counter without telling me you’re not an official seat counter. As if we would take thousands of seats off the planner weeks before a game ffs.

There will be loads who decide not to go whether they’re on the cup scheme or otherwise. The weather will have massive impact when it’s torrential rain especially for a dead rubber like this. Not to mention there were major transport issues this evening.

Probably important to add that despite all this it filled up loads 20 mins or so into the game as well.

It would be a very strange business decision indeed to take unsold seats off sale. It’s clearly people with tickets not turning up. For a dead rubber it wasn’t a bad turnout.

Loads of out of towners and first timers will have bought tickets hoping Haaland would play and probably sacked it when he got injured

A Mercedes ramming a tram near the Velodrome stop meant the Ashton line out of action. That would mean fans not getting to the match.
Many cities throughout the world have trams. I wonder what their accident rate is ? We seem to have a hell of a lot of cars driving onto the tracks. Weve had a hell of a lot around the Mitchell Arms/velodrome area. Poor planning? Poorly signed ?
