Bought a thermal curtain for the front door yesterday certainly takes the chill out the hallway, we have a routine now, all curtains drawn and all doors shut whilst the house gets heated up for an hour and it works, anyone gets cold watching tv it’s a blanket and a brew. My smart meter said we were over budget for the week on gas at £18.99! I don’t know who set the budget on it I’ve budgeted for £5 on average a day in the winter months.Just worked out my gas and leccy for the last two months. .....It's frightening .....

I’d much prefer cold and dry to damp and windy as it get into your bones when you’re my age and worked outside all my life:-)It has gone all wet and windy the last few days and again today but the temp is fine

I had one (the display thing)....it never worked so went in the bin.Not got a Smart meter, but has anyone measured on their Smart meter how much the Smart Meter itself costs to run?
