Challengers? What, like the space shuttle you mean?I may get laughed at but if Kane went to the rags, it elevates them to challengers.
I was thinking more along the lines of main battle tanks myself !!Challengers? What, like the space shuttle you mean?
I think it's the year after when the teams in Europe will not be in the League Cup.League Cup. None of the top 6/7 will be in it next year.
He's a young lad who quite rightly wants to be the best in the world and prove himself in different environments. Why wouldn't he. But football doesn't work that way. If he's winning the big competitions here, and that includes the CL he might want to stay to keep doing it. Ultimately, as he gets older he'll understand that the medals he wins with the team far outweigh any individual achievement, and in fact you usually have to win the biggest trophies to win the biggest individual awards (unless you play for Liverpool). As he matures he may well see no reason to leave. Or maybe he'll still have a desire to go and do it in La Liga to prove himself there. We just don't know. There's always the possibility he falls in love and can't leave. Most of our top players have stayed. Players do seem to develop a strong bond for the club over time. You never know, he could get a major injury turn to shit and we let him run his contract down! Let's see how it goes. Just enjoy the ride for now.
Nonsense, he’s here for 2 years max and is then off the Madrid! Nevermind the fact that he’s clearly happy and settled and Madrid would have to stump up £200m +, we should enjoy him while it lasts, because any day now he’s off.. Honestly, it’s a narrative synonymous with little city syndrome! …he’s here to stay and I for one will love him all the way.Kompany met a girl and settled down.
I'd certainly rather have him here now, enjoying his football and learning from the best, than sitting and crossing my fingers like Real. He is clearly loving life here (couldn't say the same at Dortmund) and if trophies follow I can see him sticking with it.
He's going to go down as the best English player to never win a trophy.Another season and already out of one competition before Christmas for Harold
He'll win an MLS with la galaxy when he's 36He's going to go down as the best English player to never win a trophy.
Le Tissier. He's going to go down as the best English player to never win a trophy.
You would still hope, that hes going to win something with national team;) I like HK, strikes me as a good guy, intelligent with a proper attitude. Highest football quality, its obvious, if you do not agree, ask Pep then. You could have just felt back then last summer, that Pep was personally really determined to get him (talking openly about trying to get him during presser, but Levy do not want to open talks is not usual Pep). He's going to go down as the best English player to never win a trophy.
I wish people would stop taking the piss out of him. Kane clearly wanted to come to us but it was Levy who put the block on it with his ridiculous asking price. That's not Kane's fault.

So what? He signed a deal at the time that he felt was right. Spurs were actually looking like going places when he signed it. Fact is that he was desperate to sign for us and taking the piss out of him for it not coming off when he wanted the move is poor form. I like seeing Tottenham win fuck all year after year but I've nothing against Kane.Kane's failure to negotiate a release clause in his last contract allowed Levy to ask a ridiculous price
