“Finally we might get an owner who’ll spend some money”

Is what I’m seeing every United fan saying now. Sat there with the worlds most expensively assembled and highest paid squad ever.

I hope it’s another shit Yank

They should really be saying ‘finally we might get an owner that bans old piss can Fergie from the swamp so it stops us buying busted flushes like Ronaldo’.

That fucking idiot Scouse Melissa Reddy made a point this morning on SSN that Liv & Utd are having to sell because of state-funded clubs. Maybe they're being forced to sell because they've been running their clubs into the ground for years, siphoning profits into their own pockets with the only thing holding the clubs afloat being money from success. Now they're struggling to have any success, because of Pep (let's be honest), they're crying.

Yep, that's how I see it too.

Anything is for sale at any time for the right price!

This has been knocked up on what would have been an embarrassing day for the Club.
The returng hero fucks off after taking a fortune out and exposing a whole list of truths about them. Shit squad, shit facilities and unprofessionism.

Remember the fan fanfare when he arrived, apparently he snubbed us and was to take them to the title!

This genius manager of theirs has them in exactly the same position they were in a year ago!

Compare to Eddie Howe for example who has transformed the Mags.
Anyone would think there’s a month where the club won’t be earning any money, where they’ve just had some bad press from their fans’ hero, and their share price might be down a bit.

United are about as up for sale as City are.

It’s very funny seeing their fans get excited about it all though.

How exacltly did she land that Senior Reporters job?

Correct and it boosted their share price! If share price drops again they just leak to a the rag bias media that a deal is close to sale to a Qatar prince! It’s a no brainer for the glazers to come up with this propaganda just like the FSG did!
12th December - ‘We are in talks with potential investors’ is said while United are still not earning any money and CRonaldo talk comes up again as he scores at the World Cup

26th December - United’s season starts up again and the club are earning money, they win a few games, the CRonaldo stuff dies down and this statement about being for sale goes away.

It’s like the media and the fans have the goldfish syndrome when it come to spending on players! They did spend 220m last summer not one word from the media about that or the 1.4b spent in last 10 years!

Yes but at least it was " earned " .

Rinse and repeat - lemmings keep going to the swamp .

Their clubs are financed by debt, interests rates going up means there is less for them to syphon off into their bank accounts. They both banked on a super league where Joel Glazer would be ceo, who could then dictate terms to the likes of City. This has died on its arse and was their last stab at turning the tables in their favour after the attempt to get City banned from Europe fell on its arse.

Interesting timing these American sales / the announcements. What with the presidential elections due in 2024 and the Glazers backing of Trump and I'm sure most of the senior figures at FSG backed him too. The troubles with Saudia Arabia and Iran with the US stepping in recently. The US economy on the verge. Does make you wonder where these billions of pounds end up. Especially if a Saudia backed state does end up taking over one of these clubs. All hypothetical I know, but one likes to think now and again :)

So fucking transparent that only the imbecilic supporters of both clubs can't see it.

Meanwhile it is everybody else's fault .

It would be far too sexist of me to answer that question truthfully, but can leave it to your imagination, as a man of the world.

Plus she is a dipper lover- allegedly .
100% dipper.

She was a reporter for Red Men TV

I was only being pedantic earlier with my reply mate, but I actually do think you are wrong and that they are very much up for sale.

Just like the scousers and FSG did with their statement, you don’t show your hand too early as it invites low ball bids, so of course they say they are open to investment etc, it’s absolute bollocks and they are very much looking for a way out. We are in for a tough ride globally the next few years and once the ESL went west then there’s no reason for them to hang on now.

I almost hope both Red teams get an Arab owner so they can stop pretending they are morally superior to us.

Nothing morally superior about the Murdoch money. Nothing morally superior about seeing human rights abuses perpetrated by the US as somehow different to those in Arab countries. Nothing morally superior about spending more and getting less for it.

Nothing morally superior about pretending that money and the game is a new thing when it’s ALWAYS been part of if it, especially at United, who only exist because a rich man liked the captain’s dog and rebuilt the side by buying our best players in an auction.

Black Friday Sale anyone ?
The Rags have dominated the news for all the wrong reasons these last five years. Protests, revolving Managerial door, CR37, Greenwood, Giggs, lack of trophies etc.
They are clutching straws to stay relevant and the beauty is it’s everyone else’s fault.
If they stick to that mantra they won’t be improving any time soon.
If they do get sold then I guess I picked the wrong time to invest in zebra pants and Norwich scarves.

Neither set of cunts will ever stop pretending that they are morally superior or indeed superior in any shape or form.

The pair of them have been sated by the whores in the media forthe clickbait they bring to the table.

It is a just a charade that they perform to make their pathetic hanger-on / tv watching supporters feel less insecure.

Leopards don't change their spots, but both sets of cunts will probably stop watching football if their star falls even lower.

Can't agree with that at all mate. On loan with them paying at least some of his wages is what I expected come Jan.
Ah yes. Possibly - hadn’t considered that option - but after his interview I thought maybe they’d rather make him suffer by benching him unless they could sell him.
