Lot of pressure on Pep in the next 12 months. Delighted he has signed for 2 years but equally delighted that it’s a deal that suits both parties.

Sorry but you are naive if you believe that. Any organisation that includes City expect results considering what he’s being paid and the resources he’s given. Pep will know this as results mean everything to him and the club. Not really.
As has been stated by pep and khaldoon countess times, no pressure to win the league or champions league, just getting on with it at a steady pace and taking one game at a time.
I'm sure the press will try to put pressure on him though with their ridiculous one eyed ramblings.
So no point making your point. Lots of pressure.. same as any manager worth his salt in world football.Sorry but you are naive if you believe that. Lot of point making my point when another poster suggested that there was no pressure. I was responding to his commentSo no point making your point. Lots of pressure.. same as any manager worth his salt in world football.
I'm not naive I just see things as they are.Sorry but you are naive if you believe that. Any organisation that includes City expect results considering what he’s being paid and the resources he’s given. Pep will know this as results mean everything to him and the club.
If he'd listened to the supporters Sterling and Rodri would have binned after their first seasons under him and we'd still have had Joe Hart in goal and Yaya in midfield. All fair comment.
Just seems there is no reason or rationale for some of his decisions.
The supporters can see options that might improve a situation, yet Pep refuses to choose such and never explains why.....that's what baffles and frustrates.

Doubt we'd have been anywhere neare a final ,let alone win one.Yep,and we would also have had that very elusive CL in the bag.
It works both ways.
There’s absolutely no guarantee that would be the case regardless of the team he picked on any given day.Yep,and we would also have had that very elusive CL in the bag.

How did you come to that conclusion?Yep,and we would also have had that very elusive CL in the bag.

For some that will never be good enough unless we win 100% of the matches never conceding a goal
I disagree,Chelsea were wank, there for the taking, and he gifted the game with a wank line up,shit tactics, and unnecessary changes. There’s absolutely no guarantee that would be the case regardless of the team he picked on any given day.
No denying his flaws but it doesn’t alter the fact that we could have been beaten in that game regardless of who started. Like the vast majority I was disappointed to see us change up from the personal that had carried us to the final but I also accept that the result could well have been a loss as well.I disagree,Chelsea were wank, there for the taking, and he gifted the game with a wank line up,shit tactics, and unnecessary changes.
He's a genius,but they all have flaws.
Great comment :)While playing "the kids" and " the strongest team" in every game.
The team I watched that night was not the one we had watched with pride all season, not sure if it was selection, tactics or international players simply overawed by the occasion, but whatever it was, it was a huge let down.I disagree,Chelsea were wank, there for the taking, and he gifted the game with a wank line up,shit tactics, and unnecessary changes.
