I literally have no idea how successful or otherwise the whole CFG Group model is at this stage. I've got to say that my instincts are that in the short term it's cost an absolute fortune.

I think it's not finalised yet. No pen to paper.

yes, there will be a "transition phase" of about three to four months before everything is finalized.
the reason for that is that up to last year, no brazilian clubs were actual companies, they were considered non-profit associations instead.
so, Bahia will need to establish a company first, get through with all the bureaucracy attached to that, and only afterwards pass it on to CFG.
