I think a player at Rico's stage in his career is unlikely to be feeling like that. Yes, he's been good, but he's very new to first team football and probably surprised to have played as much as he has.

Even our experienced players are surely used to rotation by now.

He always seems to play in an inverted role and right now I think we need to stick to more traditional FBs. If we need someone extra in midfield, I'd rather see us play an actual midfield player there.
