Can we sign him now please, for no other reason than to annoy anyone not connected with City.
At best a pre-contract can be signed because a big deal like this won't get done whilst Dortmund are still in the UCLCan we sign him now please, for no other reason than to annoy anyone not connected with City.
Yeh that'll do, just to piss everyone off.At best a pre-contract can be signed because a big deal like this won't get done whilst Dortmund are still in the UCL
Why? How old is heAnother goal and assist for him today, albeit against a poor side who in the end gave Dortmund far more of a game than they had a right to. Bellingham is well on his way to becoming one of the best players in the world. He should probably stay in Germany at Dortmund for another season after this one though where he's playing every single week. He's not even close to 20 yet and still has a lot of time for his big move.
You don't waste your career playing for second place in Germany when your stock is at the highest it will ever be and can demand a 100m+ move.Another goal and assist for him today, albeit against a poor side who in the end gave Dortmund far more of a game than they had a right to. Of course it is. What does he gain from containing to batter second rate Bundesliga teams. When he can test himself in the best league in the world, playing under one of the best managers and surrounded by other world class talent.Spending another year there is hardly wasting your career. And saying his stock is the highest it will ever be, that may be so, but it certainly isn't a fact.

Surely we want a 19 year old who will improve...can't be spending £100m on a 19 year old who's at the top of his game already.. I mean if that was the case, then his best WC for example would have been the last one,,,hmmmm not quite £100m quality tbf....potential yes but i hope he can improve wherever he goesSpending another year there is hardly wasting your career. This because you’re only ever one injury away from it being a very different storyYou don't waste your career playing for second place in Germany when your stock is at the highest it will ever be and can demand a 100m+ move.

Dortmund might as well as sell their entire squad then, just in case.Except dortmund may want to cash him while his stock is high as ever, you never know your biggest asset will have career ending injury next season.
