@Gorton_Tubster Not exactly. The consensus is she originally made a complaint, (some on here say otherwise)
The CPS eventually decided to charge him when he breached his bail by resuming the relationship with her. This of course indicated that she would not support the prosecution. With the change of the law that did not matter as he could have been tried based on her original evidence.
For some reason, the weak, politically motivated, useless CPS have now decided to stop the prosecution.
They state witnesses (note plural) will no longer assist the prosecution and new evidence (!) has come to light.
