well no because PL cannot reliably say a payment made by Al-jazira is anything to do with mancini working as a manager to mancity. well it could be a personal corruption on part of the sheik but there is no relation between city and al-jazira so there is no clear line to prove city was paying mancini for his service to city football club. unless they have straight proof of communication between mancini and the sheik doubt they can prove that. No!
This bold bit is complete invention on your part.
Manchester City’s Auditors and accountants have no business knowing about if Al-Jazira payed Mancini millions.
The Premier League however, does, because they need all remuneration including from related parties to be disclosed.
I’ve already explained this to you once today.
Never seen Stefan happy about City, not once.
City are just throwing shade on the investigation, given that it's supposed to be so serious they made mistakes on it after 4 years.
Anyone have an answer on this? As I’m also curious? What’s this government white paper on football governance? And why could it have been a catalyst for the PL charging us today of all days now it’s postponed?

Isn't this a Premier league investigation? Nothing to do with the fa??Disgusting if there is any truth to this.
Nice to see you Ajay :)never underestimate the love HH Sheikh Mansour has for the club and Manchester as a city. He and his investment groups have ploughed Billions into the City, redeveloped previously near no go zones, created jobs, academy's and more. He and Khaldoon has made it clear they will not give up and will do whatever it takes to maintain "not prove" their innocence, we have nothing to prove, we just have to put the PL and other clubs in their place.
This legal action opens a pandora's box of shit none of the PL Clubs want to see, they may think they are protected but do you really think we spent the last 4 years smoking shisha having a giggle, or was that time spent preparing for the inevitable bullshit cluster we knew the PL was about to offload.
Everything will now come out "all be in the commission has said the case will be heard in private", but that does not stop 'leaks' in the same way leaks conveniently came out against us. The appointment of every member of that independent commission will be questioned, every word of the charges will be analysed and studied, every document sent, received, missed, or hidden will be requested. The PL Committee who put this together will be investigated, the forensic specialists will be drilled microscopic level.
And all this when we now hear that LFC have not received a single official bid in 3 months, MUFC will get bids but nothing close to their target price. Consortiums, Individuals, etc will all look at what the PL have done today and think again about investing in any PL club or associating themselves to this level of blatant targeted attack.
This will take years!
All we have to brace ourselves for is the media circus bullshit, the hypocrisy and the double standards that will hound us for the rest of this season and seasons to come, I just hope the manager, players, supporting team and senior executives have the balls and energy to see this through.
Now we need to fight back and win the PL, win the Champs League and say - f3ck you all!
It delays any independent regular interference.Anyone have an answer on this? As I’m also curious?
Post of the dayI am pretty sure we will be cleared of any wrong doing here.
However if I know one thing about our core fan base. We have never, ever, forgotten our roots, and those "Yo Yo Years" we older fans lived through. Tough skin fuckers we are. We know how to mobilize and deal with adversity.
A 2 League demotion and 20 point deduction would be turned in to "City On Tour" by our core fan Base and end up being a 2 year bender, fans hitting every boozer in the country. And enjoying every minute of it.
Tourists would be replaced by those that were priced out of the Stadium.
We would wear it all like a badge of honour.
What will be, will be, and we will still be there tomorrow in any worse case scenario.
I think we shud go all out spend whatever it costs and skull fuck these cunts and bring the whole thing down ,all them snakey clubs writin in gto get us banned,do some diggin on them and fuck them over too,im sick to death of these jelous self entitled shit bag clubs tryin to constantly tarnish our reputaion,we are a great club and our owners have been nothin short of superb for our great city, pumpin millions into infastructure, ive had enough of it,personally i think we are going to have a field day with the ivestigation,i just dont think our owners are stupid enough to put us in this prediciment, the owners say weve done nothin wrong and i stick by it,i do think its time we rearly hit back tho and sink the whole fuckin ship
and suddenly turbo posting ...........There could be tax implications if managers / players were receiving payments offshore for services in the UK and they weren't disclosed. But I doubt that happened. W
Because it's fucking obvious that if we are guilty of everything they say, whatever that actually is, we deserve to be punished. But it's more likely that not much will come of this, so people can't understand how a fan starts with the worst case scenario and not the more likely case given the strength of our management and their past performance. Hope that helps.
PL don’t want football to be independently regulated, so they’re trying to show to the government there’s no need for it to be.What’s this government white paper on football governance? And why could it have been a catalyst for the PL charging us today of all days now it’s postponed?
Similar, but stefans tweets are worrying me. Unless I’m just misinterpreting
Not sure if I remember this correctly, but wasn’t he getting paid to be a consultant for Al-Jazira prior to his appointment City? No!

Sorry. Was going to make a point about possible tax consequences, but got side-tracked by a flapper. Most unlike me :(and suddenly turbo posting ...........
