Postponed white paper?
Government white paper
Postponed white paper?
Because the other 17 or should I say 15 ain’t spoiling the party for a bunch of glory hunting pricks .......... imagine say Bournemouth going on an amazing run and start winning titles you honestly think the media wouldn’t start a smear campaign ............ the media in this country are embarrassing they lorded over the takeover in 2008 because they probably think it would amount to what it eventually did ..........., and that was a club that put two clubs in its place ( Rags and the Victims ) and the supporters of these clubs count for a hell of a lot of subscriptions so they need to go after City to keep these subscribers onside ............honestly if that the way they are going and they are then would you really be that arsed if they did relegate you ?????But that's my point who can the pl look so deeply in us and not the other 17 clubs
What a Clown that Tweeter is.
Thankfully small details matter legally.
" Stand up Sir ......you are charged under Section blah blah...Sub section blah blah..."
" Sit down again........Yeah rip that charge sheet up...... we have charged you under the wrong Section, Sub section ".
That tweeter has already decided in his Head.
Shocking !!Using your instead of you’re x3
We have to take them all DOWN Billy the fookin lot of emSame. Maybe because it was the morning after the game yesterday, but I was pretty miserable this morning after this broke. Maybe a moment that felt as bleak as the Super League moment did. But yeah, having read that and some of the stuff around the white paper, I hope we fight like bastards and send this commission packing.
Spot on fellaBecause we weren’t part of the G14 and aren’t part of the Cartel of clubs in the aftermath of that, weren’t part of the Sky Four or the original Premier League Five (remember when five clubs tried to set up the PL with ITV and try and get 75% of the revenue shared between themselves and the remaining 25% shared between the other 17 clubs?)… we’ve never been ‘in there’ with that group of clubs and the ones who’ve remained together as a group are basically business partners who all collude to enhance their own clubs and fuck the rest of us.
We turned up and upset their party and they’ve had it in for us ever since. We broke up the Sky Four, we were playing in the CL while many of the G14 were dropping out. It angered them… all! We aren’t one of them, we are a threat to them, they don’t want us up with them and they certainly can’t take it that we’ve overtaken them.
They have previous board members in prominent positions across the governing bodies; we have nobody. We are an outsider. We are their enemy.
They have worked together to get the two UEFA investigations and this Premier League investigation banged on our desks. The funny thing about that is that a group of businesses colluding to go against another business is literally a Cartel in UK, European and US legal systems and they are illegal. They have brought in ‘anti-competitive practices’ like FFP, which, again, is actually illegal.
They’re trying to charge us ;)Do we know what the mistakes are?
I wish I was there!To the Regiment!
Thanks...I am a Derby County fan and we have been absolutely shafted by the EFL for far less than what you guys have been charged with.
I think you are almost certain to see a huge points deduction and a two to three year transfer embargo.
If we loose some tourists it's not all badWe need to deal with this quickly otherwise they'll be some long term ramifications.
We'll struggle to hold on to our current sponsors and no company will be wanting to negotiate with us either presently or the in future. They may use this to cease current contracts. Business hates tarnished reputations
Our global and local fanbase may dwindle. Those impressionable you fans will hesitate to choose City as their team. Those fickle US or Asian fans (not that I give a fuck but it is revenue for the club) may quickly disassociate themselves from us. Rags, Newcastle, Dippers and the Goons will all benefit.
May affect future signings and parents of young players contemplating which premier league team they sign up for.
If we do ending up winning and are proven innocent the club needs to go full on in the world media to vent their anger, prove their innocence and threaten any liable headlines, comments with lawsuits.
Thanks That clears that up!:))Government white paper
Of course it's corrupt. Just look at VAR, for example. VAR has been implemented (deliberately IMO) in the best possible way to support match-fixing. Were they truly interested in fairer decisions, it would not all be behind closed doors and free of scrutiny. That's just one example.
Going back a few years you had things like David Gill sitting on the board of the FA, whilst still an active board member of Manchester United Football Club Ltd. A disgraceful conflict of interest that should never have been allowed, and yet so deep is the corruption, it was never even questioned.
I could go on and on. The whole sport is riddled with corruption from top to bottom.
Hang in there mate, we’ll come up smelling of roses in the end…again. Give it a few days this will be old news and we’ll be sparring the rounds with them all. UEFA seemed at arms length whereas the EPL is a home association, the danger was not realising the red tops have more power within EPL.Mate I don’t have a clue. My heart says we have done nothing wrong but my head is conflicted as there just seem to be so much smoke this time.
I love City and I’m hurting badly today.
The statement from the club was a good start but this is going to go on for years and after the fucking UEFA case I’m just so tired of all this shit. Think I may need a break from the forum as I’m not in a good place and I’m just feeling worse.
I meant revenues. 50 of the charges relate to accuracy of financial reports. 25 relate to profit and sustainablity.
Maybe we might lose some of the pricks on here who only pop up on bad days.If we loose some tourists it's not all bad
Must listen imo
They don’t know Pep do they….they’re assuming we’re guilty and trying to hold him to his word, this will only strengthen his determination to succeed at City. Taking the PL down a few pegs will have a nice kick back on Sly, another positive potential outcome'May 2022: Guardiola - I'd walk away if the club lied to me'

Flashback | Pep Guardiola: I'd walk away if the club lied to me
Speaking back in May 2022, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola said he would walk away from the club if he find out he was being lied to by the owners.www.skysports.com
Here we go.
You tell me this isn't a joint effort from sky, the fa, the premier league and the cunts in the uk media to try and derail us?
We've had a tough few weeks on the pitch. The two red gobshite clubs get pampered to fuck if they have a wobble, the negative stories never appear.
Look at this. An absolute pile on.
I really hope we go to town on these pricks, i know we won't but i'd happily take a huge fine and anything else if there we put shit out there about everyone against us.
Like whoMaybe we might lose some of the pricks on here who only pop up on bad days.
