AmendedFA to do with the FA
AmendedFA to do with the FA
Thanks mate appreciatedJust things like saying it won’t alter our transfer policies or contract positions.
How confident we are.
Announcing Pannick etc.
Great days but I’d sooner not go back to them
HMRC are only concerned if there has been too little tax paid but that is unlikely. City’s tax losses are probably and genuinely large enough that HMRC wouldn’t be remotely concerned.Am I right in thinking that some of the Financial stuff is so severe that realistically HMRC would be knocking on the door for the accounts they have already gone through
I like the green ones! They taste like granny smith’s apples.I swear people on there eat crayons.
They'd have done it at the first suspicion of fraud. They haven't done it yet. That tells me they have no suspicions. This tells me that the first charge of not providing accounts in "the utmost good faith" is very serious, but unsubstantiated. If they were going to do that, surely they'd have done it after the CAS decision, when the same information was available?
So was I. Pretty sure there was some trouble after that game.I was there
Can’t find anything on The Times app, though I know he briefly discussed it on Talksport this morning.Has Martin Samuel not done a piece on it yet?
Would be keen to see how he views it.
I don’t think we will accept any penalty whatsoever. We will go the whole hog and as far as we can take it if they try.20 points appears to be the maximum allowed so we would be better off nit happening this season and its iver and done with
Do you mean done something wrong as in broke rules placed for us to break due to the bleating of those clubs you mention us blaming? Funny that innit. Nobody gives a fuck about those rules. Barcelona and Real Madrid break them on an industrial scale ever since I can remember and I’m in my 50’s.As a fan of another team, I find this very interesting. But what strikes me after reading a lot of this thread is that there's a lot of blame-game going on here. I've read a lot of blame towards other clubs, the FA and PL, but very few, if any, are talking about the real case and the substance in the accusations. If there's done something wrong, which the enquiry will find out, surely there has to be consequences?
Think about it; there's no way it's happening this season.20 points appears to be the maximum allowed so we would be better off nit happening this season and its iver and done with
You missed out moose shagger.Fleksnes = Norway = Liverpool presumably. Nuff said?
Win the league by 2020 point deduction but then go on to
Very very doubtful as that would cause us actual damage, and then, if we went on, later, to win an appeal, our position can't be recovered - at least as far as points deductions are concerned. Can any penalties, fines, points deductions or whatever be enforced before any high court appeal takes place?
The brown ones taste like sheep shit. Lovely Mun.I like the green ones! They taste like granny smith’s apples.
Imagine if we're relegated to league two then 5 years down the line the supreme high court decide we were innocent after allCan any penalties, fines, points deductions or whatever be enforced before any high court appeal takes place?
I see Dan Roan still finds it impossible to refer to our owner by using his name. He seems happy to use a racist trope of "Abu Dhabi owners" with no reference to the US firm (Silverlake) who own 24 per cent of CFG. City "owned by Abu Dhabi" is inaccurate but also a dehumanising phrase which avoids using Sheikh Mansour's identity. Is Roan bigoted or just very stupid?
Sorry I misunderstood.I didn't mean endgame for the club! I meant endgame for the charges consistently levelled against us which to date haven't really affected us. This feels different and it seems likely they will get us for something this time which will affect match going fans.
