PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

There’s a difference between being innocent and proving your innocence, though.
I’m no legal expert but guilt and innocence relate to criminal law. There’s Civil (and I think Business too, told you I’m no expert). I think if any of the allegations against City are upheld, they seem quite minor. It shouldn’t stop being able to pursue The Premier League for damages. Because the other area where guilt and innocence is used is the court of public opinion. We’ve already been tried, convicted and sentenced there.

A lot of the satellite receivers in the early days of sky were made by Amstrad.
Sugar owned Spurs at the time, I think he sold up around 1997
Sugar was part of Sky’s negotiating team and famously was heard barking down the telephone to Sam Chisolm, CEO Sky,
“Get your ass down here and blow them [itv] out of the water.”

Any of the gambling sites giving odds on a banner flying behind a plane tomorrow?

Not at all, it was reaffirming what many had already said, it was a great speech under intense pressure under the scrutiny of the whole football world. Any Blue who was unmoved by that or wasn't impressed should consider watching chess.
P—c5.
And the crowd go wild, what a great move.

Why couldn't these charges have been served privately and City given the opportunity to respond, for them to be investigated, heard and findings/conclusions made at which point then they go public?

Rik re your last paragraph ,I think the problem will be ,what players will want to sign for City with these charges hanging over them, I believe this is what the enemy are hoping for, we won't be able to sign players such as Bellingham etc therefore falling behind the likes of the dippers and rags who will have free reign.
Free REIN, please (no rein or check on them)

Because the court ordered them to be published. Tbf, the PL wanted them kept out of the press.
(am I right here or misremembering?)
