Agree mate, I don’t think they’d have much with choice with Cucu, Chilwell and Hall on their books, if we went in at a decent price think we definitely could. A Dutch player who’s played for Chelsea and can play left back joining city? Sounds familiar.

Palhina at Fulham would be perfect as cover for Rodri, would take a lot of minutts off him through sheer ability, and if played together at the rare times we have to go defensive they would lock down a midfield with ease.

Yeah got no issue with Kalvin the footballer or person, but Palinha is twice the player and huge questions if we can depend on his fitness

I'd assume that him being sold from the portuguese league to a newly promoted side and not one of the top clubs is a huge factor in his price. And without checking I wager a guess Jorge Mendes is well connected to the Fulham manager so he probably pulled some strings. Wouldn't surprise me at all if Mendes steered him towards Fulham to make sure there is another agent fee to pocket coming up sooner rather than later. But that is just late night ramblings ;)

Anyway, I rate Kalvin and I'm far from a scout but I am pretty confident in saying that I think Palhinha(finally got his name right) is a different standard of talent

He puts himself about a bit, which means Pep would put shackles on him (Pep doesn’t like free kicks) and he already gets plenty of yellow cards, so he would get a yellow every game playing for us!

Big, athletic, not too slow, but not nearly as “measured” as Pep appears to like his midfielders.
