PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

If this is true. Isn’t it illegal to record someone without their knowledge? Thus could not be used as evidence.
Is that not a totally separate issue to what we are being charged of?

Any shit on the bastards is great. But think it would need to be obtained legally or push it out to the press.
If true, they would have been recorded with their knowledge, as I think they’re always recorded by the broadcaster.

Make of this what you will, but I've just been privy to some startling information that would blow the lid off PGMOL and the power brokers at the Premier League, if it became public. It involves a recording of a conversation between the match day referee and VAR official at a recent away match, a recording that is now in the hands of City.

It's my firm belief that City have compiled a dossier so incendiary, that the Premier League will have no choice but to totally exonerate the Club of any wrongdoing. If they don't, this is going nuclear. Either way, we hold all the cards and this explains why we're so bullish about the eventual outcome. The Premier League are on the back foot, and in my opinion, are currently lobbying the membership as to how best to quietly end the process. I have also been advised that at least one of the "Nasty 9" has had board level discussions with City, distancing themselves from the others in the cabal.

Pep's press conference tells us all we need to know. Watch it again, look at the anger and barely controllable rage in the mans eyes. His attitude wasn't based upon him being reassured about some poxy finances & bullshit charges, it was because he KNOWS exactly what is coming.

Sit back and enjoy the ride Blues.
Can I ask how much of this is opinion and how much is fact? I'm certainly not accusing you of lying, but, by your own admission, it looks to me as if the only facts in there are the recording (which is now in City's hands) and board level conversations with another club.

You say it's your belief that City have a dossier, it will lead to our exoneration, if not it will go nuclear, the PL are looking to end the proceedings and are on the back foot. How much of this is fact?

Seems we want this on the tinternet & out there before we are victims of some levelling up tonight courtesy of the PL/Pigmol

I don't think, if true, this would be going to any court.
This "information" is all about getting the PL to drop the case , and a statement saying that after all the facts and documents we have we no longer have a case against MCFC.
The thought of this coming into the public domain would have them shitting themselves, we may have other goodies aswell you never know.

Maybe this is why ex-City never get on coms (especially the big games) it’s all red shirts mainly, Ratty Spitty & Smith

If you have a top secret dossier full of kompromat, you don't wait until you've been very publicly charged with 115 offences and had your reputation destroyed in the media before using it.
perhaps PL were given every opportunity to pull the plug but havent and this is our trump card. why play all your good hands straight away, let things develop and then ......have that!!

Can we stop the "admissibility" angle - this is fighting fire with fire outside of the legal arena and will be far more incendiary. I know we have our amateur Petrocellis and Vinny Gambinis, who love a legal cock off, but do think.
I’m more a Perry Mason guy, myself. As for Stella, his loyal secretary…wow.
