It’s only silly if you have no sense of irony.OK a silly question then. Yes. Obviously.

I wouldn't say you were embarrassing. Not at all.Of course it was, over 90 minutes we at least deserved a draw, embarrassing mate
Was Lee Mason on VAR again…?Is anyone suprised?
He would nail him to the bench ha!ha!If he was on the bench, Pep wouldn't play him
If he was on the bench, Pep wouldn't play him
I am wondering what Pep is telling the players. This is the worst thing. I can accept when we’re outplayed, or we have a bad game, but it’s just so fucking boring and predictable.
There are no great sides in Europe this season, the 3 trophies are there for the taking and these players just can’t be fucked.
Haaland should be screaming at them in the dressing room. Wide open, simple passes to put him in behind and it’s just too much hard work apparently.
I'm.starting to lose faith in Pep to be honest. I came to the conclusion some while back that we would never win Champions League with him at the helm. He just doesn't have it in him - he thinkers and farts about too much and bottles it in the big.games.
And now we're playing really dull boring safe football and wasting the biggest talent the premier League has ever seen it's a criminal shame. There's plenty of other managers would use the talent we have and get us playing better more attacking more productive football than this.
You sound a right entitled ****I have higher standards and I thought that Pep and the players did as well. Guess a lot of our fans have lowered their standards and are happy with just getting a result. Sorry can’t change how I feel. I miss the real City. I don’t recognise this team right now.
He had one decent pass/chance the whole game, hes crying out for a ball over the top, yet we rarely look for it never mind try it.It's not that they don’t want to pass to him. Opponents set up to prevent it. We could take more risks but that can cause problems on transition.
Haaland did get played through and didn't bit the target; he should have.
Truer words never spoken. It was unusual to see us be better in the first half than the 2nd half. Clearly pep only gives one "pep" talk per game. Either way it's not fucking good enough, not because of the result, but because we're so fucking boring! So you think that was acceptable, do you? We could barely string half a dozen passes together. We were pedestrian. We looked bereft of attacking ideas. The refusal of the manager to make changes to freshen up the side is bizarre. The big positive is that we didn't lose. But if we get past Leipzig, we'll need to considerably up our performances, and up them to 90 minute levels, not the current 45 minute ones.
At least we're the Manchester club, we'll always be the Manchester club.
Love the glazers btw
How very dare you post good sense like this you should be ashamed of yourselfStop with the fucking crying about the foul on Dias or the blatant handball. City start every match down 1-0, due to UEFA and the PL blatantly cheating them. That's not the problem because it's been like that for years, the problem is that Pep seems to have checked out mentally.
Playing with Gundogan as a starter is like being a man down after the first half but he keeps starting him. Playing square passes and back passes make it impossible to utilize their best offensive weapon but that is all they do. Watching them get dominated once their opponent figures them out and they get tired and refusing to bring on a sub is the strangest thing I've ever seen in sports. I can't think of another professional team sport where a manager sees the opposition heating up and does nothing about it. How can you not realize that having some liveliness and creativity is the answer to their problems? If you throw on Alvarez and Foden and take off Gundogan and either Mahrez or Bernie you'd have an attacking team that will open up a defense. Once you're up 2-3 goals in the 2nd half bring on the slower plodding guys with fresh legs to control possession and see the match out.
TrueThey’re going to say that though aren’t they? They can’t just say “ohhh we checked it, even though the defender clear bats it away with his hands, we didn’t think it was worthy of a penalty”.
Rodri is a class act but he’s being flogged to death due to whatever the issue is with Phillips.
This is why I’m with some of the lads on the why I’m giving up on football thread , did we deserve a pen and a possible win ? probably not , was it a pen ? , of course it fkin was Its happening too many times it’s clear and obvious Regardless of what’s going on with our team we are being done time an time againThat is a disgrace but I’m not surprised at all.
Best city fan in the world trophy coming your way.You sound a right entitled ****
