She was already 20 when she essentially said the Manchester bombings were justified, and she also has no regrets that she went to join a terrorist organisation so that’s enough for me to feel she shouldn’t be coming back. Her words alone show she is radicalised.

We have been letting people in and out of the country that are known to be associated with terrorist groups, just like the **** who bombed the kids at Manchester Arena. It should never happen. Maybe some get through the net but in this case that’s not happening.

Many people feel she isn’t a threat to society if she comes back, but how do you know? Nobody knows. She might not be, but why take the risk on someone who seemingly has no remorse for terrorism and seemingly doesn’t feel there’s much wrong with the organisation she is/was part of.

Because they committed crimes here on the streets of the UK, so they got arrested here and put on trial here

What would she be put on trial for?

Has she technically committed any crime within the UK that she could go on trial for? I don’t know the answer, I’m curious. On the surface, it doesn’t really seem so. all she did here was leave the country.

If not, then I guess that’s part of the problem, because if they accept her back, they might not actually have any legal grounds to put her in trial for anything, which then creates a bigger problem and public backlash because then you’re letting her back with absolutely no consequences by rights.

I don’t know if that’s correct or not, but if it was, I guess that would explain why removing her citizenship seems like the easiest way basically not to deal with it.

I love the use of ‘essentially’ and ‘seemingly’ to justify the arbitrary stripping of citizenship.

Read what I was replying to, they said she gave up any rights when she joined a terrorist organization so my reply was to that.

Well, we can only take her at her word for it, but not everyone’s word is true. That’s why I said seemingly.

But those words are from her. That’s enough for me to think she shouldn’t be walking our streets. She’s not worth the risk.

I think we need a higher standard of evidence before we start stripping people of citizenship. If the State can strip your or my citizenship on the flimsiest of pretexts then we are all fucked. And that is way more dangerous than some deluded tart who did a runner when she was 15.

Would you feel that way if your kid was murdered at Manchester Arena and this “poor vulnerable young child” said it’s justified, when actually she was 20 when she said it. And now you want her to walk the same streets at the families of victims

She said she had no regrets about being part of a terrorist organisation. That’s all you need to know about her mentality and beliefs.

It’s nothing to do with people wanting to feel macho, it’s about a now adult that tries to justify terrorism and now wants to come back.

Poor little girl, yeah right. She’s an adult with radical views and made no bones about saying it when asked about them

I must have missed the bit where she said she knew what she was joining, what it meant, had no regrets and oh yeah, the Manchester bombing was justified.

If she was born and raised in America with a British dad and the yanks stripped her of her citizenship and said she’s entitled to be British so she can go to the UK to be dealt with, would you think that’s ok?
