Multiple reports linking us to him this morning, so I think he deserves his thread.

Young, cheap, a little technician (magician, according to some). Perhaps, a new David Silva (judging by his style, maybe more like Isco?) is in the making? Hopefully, sign him up, Txiki.

Looks a very accomplished player already. Reminds me of De Bruyne with his forward runs and ability to find time and adjust before a shot.

He looks seriously impressive in various YouTube clips, and his technique is outstanding. Obviously, he is probably not consistently that good, but his stats indicate he is up there talent-wise. I was hoping we would sign someone with more creativity if we were to lose Gundo/Bernie (both likely), and he might be what we're looking for.

All seems to be happening quite quickly. For all the talk of MacAllister, this looks like it might be the equivalent flair player we're seeking. I can see Gundogan and Bernardo being replaced by Bellingham and Veiga. We may see Kovacic come in as well to give us a bit more versatility in the DM and CM positions, however, I fancy that this will only happen with the departure of Phillips.
 
Would be a very good signing and a cheaper alternative to the Premier League based players we have been linked with but we have to keep either Bernardo Silva or Ilkay Gundogan (although Gundo is less likely) alongside this one.
