Knew you’d warm to the name eventually…
Looking at the planning safe standing wasn't included in the plans but could be submitted at a later date, I honestly think they've had us over !Priced out of the new home end even before the ground is broken onsite.
Fantastic!
Miles more possibly 100k? But only a fraction would buy a season ticket if offered. And how many are Cityzen members do we have that's probably more than 10k ?
It’s not ‘corporate’, it’s hospitality GA+ means like Joes. People in Joes are normal fans like me… and are quite boisterous ;-)If they got rid of the corporate seating at the front I’d be alright with that
Would they hold up telescopic flags and wave them, 2 stick flags, and spend their own time to setting up a display, and putting up, dropping down, and taking down a 100ft banner along the front of NSL2?It’s not ‘corporate’, it’s hospitality GA+ means like Joes. Just had a thought the extended ground was one reason the Etihad was chosen as a venue for the Euros 2028 bid I wonder if they were persuaded or chose to add more corporate areas to maximise the bid ???In your feedback to the club via the questionnaire, did any off you ask for a hospitality area at the front of NSL2? (no, neither did I)
Cheers Danny!
You and the other City directors have well and truly shafted the fans on this one.
Danny Wilson.
“I’d like to take this opportunity to thank our fans and the local community for their participation in our recent consultation, not only for completing the questionnaire but sharing their detailed comments and feedback with us, all of which has been carefully reviewed and considered.

Manchester City submits planning application for entertainment destination at the Etihad Stadium
Manchester City is today announcing that it has submitted a planning application to Manchester City Council for the development of a best-in-class fan experience and year-round entertainment and leisure destination at the Etihad Stadium.www.mancity.com
Think they’re trying to gentrify the fans now, not just the stadium unfortunately, they want average Joes (pun intended) to spend more money. My only surprise is it’s only 600, suppose they could always extend it
Yes, thats being ignored, I expect they will be 93:20 / Joes type seats, which are no different to any other fans, just get access to a separate bar area. Not corporate at all. It’s not ‘corporate’, it’s hospitality GA+ means like Joes. People in Joes are normal fans like me… and are quite boisterous ;-)
Not if gets the padded seats dirty…Would they hold up telescopic flags and wave them, 2 stick flags, and spend their own time to setting up a display, and putting up, dropping, and taking down a 100ft banner along the front of NSL2?
Don’t like the look of that at all.View attachment 75933
Hopefully this image looks alright on here (using my phone). I’m a bit concerned with the yellow hospitality area at the front of the stand. Hopefully that’s underneath? Not great if it’s meant to be a home end
So it appears that it’s initially going to be seated?
Huge difference between corporate and hospitality which some fail to see. Joes etc are normal fans. Corporate is people being ‘entertained’ and not necessarily fans. Not corporate. Hospitality. Seats with access to hospitality facilities. But yes, it would seem so.
They fk off 10 minutes before half time and reappear 10 after the restart ! That's going to improve the atmosphere! It’s not ‘corporate’, it’s hospitality GA+ means like Joes. People in Joes are normal fans like me… and are quite boisterous ;-)

I’m more concerned that people shout and scream and support the team, rather than pre match displays. How many fans hold telescopic flags and wave the now? Just 1894 group.Would they hold up telescopic flags and wave them, 2 stick flags, and spend their own time to setting up a display, and putting up, dropping down, and taking down a 100ft banner along the front of NSL2?
